• Education from in salon classes on hair color, texturing, and specific business building concepts and techniques. Classes taught by trained individuals from our Paul Mitchell team and myself.

• Loyalty by servicing your business weekly or bi weekly and assisting your salon with inventory control, merchandising, product promotion and education awareness.

• Passion by being fully committed to you and our industry that I respect. It is an industry about people and lifting their self esteem. What an honor for me to play a small role as compared to you in making people feel better about themselves and life.

Integrity, honesty, and ambition were values woven into my personality by my wonderful parents. In fact my mother was also a Professional Stylist for 36 years and I witnessed and remember the joy that she use to bring to her customers. I use to do my homework at the salon not to mention my list of cleaning duties.

Education from High School did lead to College but my past 17 years of listening, consulting, and promoting tangible products from Hair Care and Beauty Products to Sherwin-Williams and back have educated me far more than my degree.
