| Paul Mitchell Ohio is making a conscious effort to be more Green. We are committed to continuous improvements in our Going Green initiative. Our Green Initiatives include the following: |

- Upgraded lighting (new bulbs that only require 2 lamps instead of 4)
- Implemented a recycling program
- Recently purchased recycled cubicles that have insulated walls so no heater is needed under the desk
- Eliminated one dumpster
- Using new cardboard cushion pack material to recycle our boxes
- Installed a new warehouse floor coating that does not require wax
- Utilizing one printer instead of one on every desk
- Email customer statements instead of mail
- Send unused marketing materials to Cosmic Bobbins to be recycled into purses
- Purchased a refillable water fountain for our Education room to reduce the amount of plastic bottles
- Replaced an older propane forklift with an electric forklift in our warehouse
- Take discarded office paperwork to the Recycling Center instead of the landfill
- Using power save mode on computers in the building
- Using Software Technology instead of an in-house server to maintain our database
